The privacy policy.
We are rewriting our privacy policy as qBraid moves to its next-generation platform. The full document is in legal review and will be published here ahead of public launch.

Enterprise customers, university partners, and prospective users can request the active privacy policy or a Data Processing Agreement directly.
How we think about your data.
These commitments hold whether the formal policy is in revision or in force. They guide how we build, log, and deploy the platform.
You own your code.
Notebooks, circuits, and source code you create on qBraid are yours. We do not train models on your private work.
Minimum necessary collection.
We collect only what is required to run the platform — account identity, usage telemetry, and job metadata. No more.
No sale of personal data.
We never sell or rent personal information. Third-party providers (compute, payments, analytics) are governed by data processing agreements.
Transparent jurisdiction.
Data is stored on US-based infrastructure. Enterprise customers can request regional deployment under custom agreements.
This page is informational and does not constitute a binding privacy policy. The active legal document governs use of qBraid services until the revised policy is published.
