The terms of service.
Our terms of service are being rewritten alongside the new qBraid platform. The full document is in legal review and will be published here ahead of public launch.
Reach out for the active agreement.
Enterprise, education, and pilot customers can request the active master services agreement and acceptable-use policy directly.
qBraid operational alerts.
The qBraid Operational Alerts SMS program sends enrollment verification, contact-method tests, incident-response alerts, service-health notifications, on-call escalations, and command responses to employees and other internally authorized personnel. It does not send marketing messages and is not available for public enrollment.
Recipients opt in through qBraid's authenticated GoAlert service by adding their mobile number as an SMS contact method and completing the verification step. SMS enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any qBraid product or service.
Message frequency varies with incident activity and on-call schedules, and may include repeated escalation messages while an alert remains unacknowledged. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further program messages unless you later reply START. For help, contact contact@qbraid.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
qBraid handles mobile information as described in the Operational SMS Privacy notice.
What you can count on.
These commitments hold whether the formal agreement is in revision or in force. They reflect the spirit of every legal document we publish.
Honest pricing.
Compute and QPU rates are published. No surprise charges, no opaque metering. Free-tier users never get billed without explicit consent.
Predictable access.
Account suspension or termination requires written notice except in cases of platform abuse, fraud, or law-enforcement directive.
Open source stays open.
The qBraid SDK is Apache 2.0 and will remain free to use, fork, and self-host. Service terms govern the hosted platform only.
Researcher-friendly.
Academic users retain rights to publish, reproduce, and cite work performed on qBraid. Course-license terms are documented separately.
Except for the Operational SMS Program section above, this page is informational and does not constitute a binding terms-of-service agreement. The active legal document governs use of qBraid services until the revised terms are published.
