    Confirm the email

    Enter the 6-digit code we send to your school address.

    Upload one document

    Student ID, class schedule, transcript, or tuition receipt.

    Get your price

    Most checks finish right away. Otherwise we email you within 24 hours.

02/WHO QUALIFIES

Who can verify

  • You’re enrolled at a university or college right now

  • You’re 16 or older

  • You have a school email ending in .edu and can receive mail there

  • You use a personal qBraid account, not a team organization

Your document must show

  • — Your first and last name

  • — Your school’s name

  • — A date from this term or last

PDF, PNG, or JPEG, up to 10 MB.

03/PRIVACY

What happens to your document

  • Rebuilt, then deleted

    We redraw each page as a plain image and delete the file you uploaded. Files with scripts or passwords are refused.

  • Read to check status

    An automated check, run by our AI provider, reads your name, school, dates, and birth date. A person reviews it if needed.

  • Deleted on schedule

    We delete your document and birth date 12 months after your status ends or is decided, or when you delete your account. Your school, school email, and the check result stay with your application record.

  • Never for marketing

    Your document and birth date are used only to check student status.

Questions

Do I need to change my login email?

No. You keep your normal login email. You confirm a school email separately.

How long does student pricing last?

Up to 12 months, or until the end date on your document. We send a reminder to re-verify.

I already pay for Standard. When does my price change?

The student price starts at your next renewal.

Can my team organization get student prices?

No. Student prices apply to personal Standard and Pro plans and to credit purchases in your personal account. Team organizations keep their own pricing.

What if my school isn’t on the list?

Choose “My school isn’t listed” and type your school’s name. A person reviews your application, usually within 24 hours, and we email you the result.
